Replacement Dentures
Replacement dentures or traditional dentures are custom designed to match the smile you are looking for! With the use of digital Smile Design technology, we can map out the shapes and sizes of the teeth you are looking for and relay this information to our state-of-the-art in-house dental lab.
It is important to remember that the processing of designing and fabricating accurate Replacement Dentures takes a few appointments. These appointments are designed to ensure that you experience success when wearing and functioning with your new dentures. We will work with your schedule to minimize the time between appointments and get your denture(s) seated as soon as possible.
Please note that this option is meant for people who have already had all of their teeth removed! Also, please know that your Dentist will discuss if Dental Implants are the best option for you as they can help increase the stability of your replacement dentures.
Immediate Dentures
Immediate dentures, or temporary dentures, are custom designed to be seated on the same day that your remaining teeth are removed. At Immediate Smiles, we strive to provide Same-Day Service* for cases that require wearing Immediate Dentures.
As you heal, you will begin to notice that your gums and bone structure will change, many times shrinking in size. To help accommodate a better fit for you, we place Complimentary soft liners in the denture to help increase stability and decrease the use of adhesives. It is important to remember that new dentures feel awkward and bulky for everybody when they first receive them. Over time, they will feel more natural and will allow for a healthier lifestyle, especially when seated in combination with dental implant placement!

Removable Partial Dentures
In many instances, only some teeth are broken, decayed or missing. In these instances, depending upon the health and stability of your other teeth, we may recommend a removable partial denture. This tooth replacement option consists of replacement teeth attached to gum-colored bases. At Immediate Smiles, we understand that the needs of each person is different. To help ensure a better fit for your prosthesis, your Dentist will personally design the framework customized to you and your needs!
Depending upon the kind of material you ask for and level of strength needed as support, your Dentist will recommend a choice between a metal framework with clasps that connect to your teeth or a more flexible framework with gum-colored clasps or a combination of the two.
